FUCKING FEELINGS

Writing helps me experience feelings, so writing as well as reading this poem has given me the chance… to fuck feelings!

I’m feeling quite overwhelmed today and talking about my feelings is the last thing I want to do, which means that embracing the storm in order to navigate my emotional challenges is exactly what I should do.

But there were too many thoughts and feelings flying around and bouncing off the walls in the mush of a maze between my two ears. It’s frustrating in itself.

SO I WROTE A POEM. FUCKING FEELINGS.

Fuck feelings before

Your feelings fuck you.

Feels so great, feelings.

Feels so rich, feelings.

Feels so perfect, feelings.

Feelings are my greatest fear.

And my greatest feeling is my fear

Of feelings.

I’m so fucked.

Vicious cycle, my feelings.

Such is life.
