Grass is Always Greener
Trying out a one handed backhand in tennis and a bowed wrist at the top of the take back of my golf swing, it’s uncomfortable and feels sporadic, disrupting my intuition and feel for the game.
I think that as things become more complex especially when it comes down to my coordination, there’s a lot that goes into a swing to keep in mind.
For example, my new golf swing involves carrying the club over my head at the top of my take back with it parallel to the ground and my wrist bowed.
As of yet, I am finding trouble with my follow through, getting my arms in parallel to my shoulder tilt , and letting the club head come across and beneath the leading front shoulder.
Or maybe it’s the chest that’s out of sync?
Or possibly my third leg getting in the way?
Who knows, really?
All things considered, I naturally would accomplish these positions with my former swing.
Why change?
Chronic discontent.
The grass is always greener on the other side, and I am just never good enough.
